Inspection after Receiving:
When you receive your order, immediately check the items are undamaged, complete and delivered according to the invoice.
When the parcel is damaged, please ask the forwarder to make a not or refuse the parcel.

Ordered wrong, what to do?
It can happen that you made a wrong order.
If the status of your order (see the information in your account) hasn't changed, please send an e-mail to info@bestfix.nl or call us during office hours.
When your order is already sent, it is not possible to change or cancel the order immidiately.
It is possible to return the products. However, there are a few conditions which must be met before we can accept a return or make an exchange:
- Sliding door systems special sizes or products especially ordered for you, can not be returned unless previously agreed in writing.
- The original packaging must not be opened and undamaged and may not be written or plastered by you.
- Return costs and costs for sending exchange products are at your expense.
The digital return form:
To process your return in good order, it is necessary to fill out our digital return form. In ‘Your Account’ you can easily make a return form. More information about this subject under FAQ ‘Returning products’. Another possibility is to fill in the return form under Customer Service down below the web page.
Note: we can only handle returns when we receive a completed and submitted form. The customer service of Best-Fix will be aware of the return product(s) sent by you and will contact you.
When it is agreed that the product(s) can be returned, but it is a large parcel, we will contact you for an appointment to collect the parcel.
When it is a smaller parcel that can be handled by normal parcel services, we give you the address to which the parcel can be returned. Please do not forget to add a copy of the invoice in the box, otherwise we do not know who the package is from. Factory packaging must be securely packed and returned undamaged. For example, wrap the original packaging of staples in an additional box, so that the original packaging is not damaged during transport.We recommend that you use a traceable method of return the goods and keep proof of dispatch in case of doubt. When you ordered wrong, please note that you have to pay the costs for returning products.
